Frequently Asked Questions

Edit "Read First" notes

"Read First" notes are notes that will go directly to your field technician. They will be the first thing your technician reads once they arrive on site. You can use these notes to provide access information or highlight any special information about your yard.

"Read First" notes can be viewed and edited on the Visits page of your account.

Service-specific notes

The "Read First" notes contain a section for service-specific notes. Each service can have different notes. They can be used to highlight areas you don’t want serviced, or areas to pay special attention to. As an example:

  • Lawn mowing note: "Don’t mow my back yard this week, I’m planting new sod"
  • Conventional weed spray note: "Avoid spraying in the side of my house near the rose bushes"
  • Power hedging note: "Don’t trim the bush near my front door"
