Send feedback or report an issue

After your service is completed you can leave feedback through your account. This can be done either via the post-visit email notification or via the My Service page.

Visits can be rated on a scale of 1 to 5 using the smiley buttons. Once you submit a rating, you’ll have the option to leave additional comments about the visit. If you rate 5, you’ll also be given the option to leave your technician a tip.

We encourage you to leave feedback for each visit, as this helps us know how we’re doing. If you’re unhappy, we’ll follow up to fix it. And if you’re happy, our technicians always appreciate getting positive feedback :)
