You can view the status of upcoming visits via the My Service page of your account. This page will show you the date of your next visit for each service you’re subscribed to. Note that different services have different visit frequencies, so not all services will be delivered during the same visit.
This page also shows the estimated arrival time window for your field technician. Note that this is just an estimate and may change during the day depending on how ahead or behind they are. Refresh the page to get the most up to date estimate we have.
We’ll also email you 2 days before each recurring visit with a reminder that we’ll be coming. You can choose to turn these notifications off in your notification settings.
If your service shows “In Scheduling,” it means we have not yet added that service to our schedule yet.
